The first event on our Awareness calendar for the new year is Energy Saving Week running from 17-23 January. This is a national campaign which aims to help and encourage people to save energy and also cutting down their fuel costs at the same time.
In form time, students will be learning about ways we can all help to save energy and there will be a competition to produce an action plan on what we can do as a school to help. Results of this competition will be available on our twitter page as well as the website.
Students will also be able to earn PARS points by helping to turn off lights, computers and devices at the end of the school day during the week.
