Platinum Jubilee mosaic

We are delighted to learn that three of our students’ designs have been selected as winners of the Mosaic Competition for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. They will each receive a commemorative Jubilee mug and certificate from Stapleford Town Council, as well as having their ideas incorporated into the final mosaic design. Congratulations to Katie, Livy and Ivy!

Ivy’s design was chosen for its “vivid colours and the details used to represent the Queen’s crown.”

Livy’s design was selected as it “captured the Queen’s role as Head of the Commonwealth and also her love of horses and corgis.”

Katie’s design “stood out as something unique and captured the pop culture of the 1960s.”
