Sports Days 2021

Coinciding with National School Sports Week, we will be holding three separate inter-form Sports Days for Year 7, 8 & 9 during the week commencing Monday 21^st June 2021.    The Sports Days will take place on the school field.

The dates and times for the events are:

• Year 7  Tuesday 22^nd June 2021 during periods 1 & 2
• Year 8  Thursday 24^th June 2021 during periods 4 &5
• Year 9  Friday 25^th June 2021 during periods 1 and 2

All students from the year group will be involved in the Sports Days, either by spectating or taking part in the events.  Students will compete in their tutor groups.

All competitors should come to school in PE kit and there is no requirement to bring school uniform for that day. Students who are spectating (non-competitors) do need to wear full school uniform. The weather forecast is good, but spectators may want to bring a plastic bag or cover to sit on as the grass may be damp on the field.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, parents will not be able to attend the events, but we will aim to keep you updated with Sports Day news on the Faculty Twitter page GSA_Sports
