Update for Parents April 8th 2021

Dear parents and carers,

I hope you and your families continue to be well and you are enjoying a relaxing Easter break.

Earlier this week the government announced that the current measures for wearing face masks in secondary schools will continue when students return after the break.  Please share this information with your child prior to their return on Monday 19^th April.

During the first week back we will be writing to all Year 11 and Year 13 families to share the date of their final day of daily attendance to George Spencer Academy, and for Year 11 students our offer past this date.  We are currently designing appropriate study, support and signposts for our Year 11’s to bridge their transition to the next stage of their educational pathway, whether that be at our 6^th Form or with a different educational provider.
