Y7 Meet the Learning Manager Evening

Due to the current restrictions, our Meet the Learning Manager evening for Year 7 will take place remotely this year and will be held via video link using SchoolCloud.

The evening will run from approximately 16:30 until 19:00 on Thursday 18th November. There may be a slight variation of start and finish times depending on the commitments of the Learning Manager, but you will be able to see the available appointment times when you log on to SchoolCloud.

The purpose of the evening is to discuss how your son/daughter has settled in to George Spencer and to provide an overview of their effort, behaviour and attitude in their subject lessons, as well as in form time.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions and raise any concerns.

When logging on for the first time you will be asked to fill in some information about yourself and your son/daughter. Once you have successfully logged in and made appointments, you should receive a confirmation email which will allow you to review/amend appointments where necessary.

Appointments will be limited to 5 minutes, with a one-minute break between each appointment. Please note that the software used will end the video call after exactly 5 minutes, and a countdown timer will be displayed for 30 seconds before the call ends.

The window for booking appointments has now opened and we ask that all appointments are made by 08:00 on Thursday 18th November.
