Year 9 Progress Evenings

Year 9 Progress Evening will take place remotely this year and will be held via video link using SchoolCloud.

Progress Evening will run from 16:30 until 19:30:

• P Half on Thursday 3^rd February 2022
• S Half on Tuesday 8^th February 2022.

To book an appointment please log on to SchoolCloud: https://georgespencer.schoolcloud.co.uk/ If you are logging on for the first time you will be asked to fill in some information about yourself and your son/daughter. Once you have successfully logged in and made appointments, you should receive a confirmation email which will allow you to review/amend appointments where necessary.

Appointments will be limited to 5 minutes, with a one-minute break between each appointment. Please note that the software used will end the video call after exactly 5 minutes, and a countdown timer will be displayed for 30 seconds before the call ends.

The window for booking appointments will open on Thursday 27^th January for both P and S half and we ask that all appointments are made by 08:00 on Thursday 3^rd February.
